I expect clear communication. English is not my first language, so don't be afraid to specify things that could seem obvious if you think I might not have understood.

I am not responsible for lost or damaged mail once it leaves my hands.Unless it's because I didn't package the item properly, I can't control what happens to it once it's been mailed. I always put a return address, but everything else depends on the postal service.

trades

Please send a picture of the photocard you want to trade for as well as the one you have to offer.I will always send a video of the photocard with the flash on and my username visible in the background. I ask that you do the same.
I will also send packaging proof along with the address confirmation.
If you have less than 25 clickable proofs, I will ask that you send out your end first and will wait until I receive it to mail my side.
If you are mailing out from an unlocked personal mailbox, you need at least 40 clickable proofs to send out at the same time.
I do not accept trades from personal accounts. No exception will be made.

packing and shipping info

Photocards
• Double sleeved in a toploader taped to a greeting card
• Outer sleeve is taped by default with a little tab left for easy removal
• Let me know if you need any kind of accommodation for accessibility
Bigger inclusions (polaroids, postcards, bookmarks, etc.)
• Sleeved and taped to cardboard in a greeting card
• There is usually more tape since I don't want anything to move
• These will often exceed the standard shipping price.
Shipping
Cost for standard stamped shipping (up to 30g) :
Canada Post increased prices in January
- Canada = CAD$1.60
- US = CAD$2.05 (≈ USD$1.40)
- International = CAD$4.20
*For more pcs or bigger inclusions, prices will be discussed individuallyI mostly send out from my local locked mailbox and send a video proof. In case this is not possible, I will discuss other options with you before completing the trade/sale.As a general rule, I never send out on Fridays and Saturdays since I usually go at night and the mail doesn't get picked up the day after.
